Cleaning 

Cleaning of the common areas of the building. Price and regularity of service to be aligned based on the condomínium needs. 

Maintenance

Detailed inspections and preventative maintenance jobs. Preparation and analysis of the Preventative Maintenance yearly contracts with certified third parties.

Emergency Phone

We offer a 24/7 call out service for any emergency related to the condominium during out of the office hours.

Equipment Checks

Includes anual inspection, maintenance and technical report of all the machines. Quotes are provided for any extra works, always with a preventative maintenance approach.

Elevator Maintenance

Coordination of annual elevators maintenance contract that includes monthly visits and checks. 

 

Management of Utility Bills

Control, analysis of consumption patterns and payments.

Private Maintenance

Professional maintenance services can be provided for individual condominium members. At an extra charge per hour.

Doorman/Security

Service provided during the peak season months (June, July, and August) to prevent problems with rental guests. 

Pool/Garden Maintenance

Pool and garden maintenance tailored to the condominium’s needs, including cleaning, products, irrigation system supervision, and tools. Service frequency is aligned with the selected provider.

Compulsory Insurance 

We partner with a specialized insurance company that assigns a dedicated expert to handle our requests, providing simulations and the best offers tailored to each owner’s needs.

Accounts and Finance

We offer accounting and finance services for homeowners in need of a tax representative or assistance with any tax-related matters.
