Born from Tripwix, a leader in curated luxury rentals and hospitality, PMPM was designed to meet the unique needs of homeowners in one of Mexico’s most exclusive destinations. With years of experience welcoming discerning guests from around the world, Tripwix understood that homeowners needed more than basic property oversight – they needed a trusted partner to care for their homes as if they were their own.

That vision gave rise to a full 360º service, designed to cover every aspect of homeownership with the same level of care and attention that homeowners themselves would give.
